Contact Coley Rose to talk about the details of your event. She would want to know which part of your wedding you would like painted, and how many guests you would like included in the piece. Paintings could be of the ceremony, the first dance, the first kiss, or anything else you had in mind. She would need a space to set up an easel, tarp, and other supplies at the venue so keep that in mind while planning your day.

The artist would go to the venue 1-2 hours before to set up and then to the ceremony to grab some photos of the moment if you wanted to be there. After she snapped a photo I can start the painting and be painting during the reception!

At the event, Coley Rose will paint in real-time. She will use a photo of the couple and what she sees to create the perfect painting. She will paint while also speaking with your guests and answering questions. Each painting takes around 4-5 hours, so the artwork will be done or nearly done by the end of the night.

When the event is over, Coley Rose will take home the piece to perfect it and add finishing touches. She will then contact you for shipping details and send your painting to you!
